How long does it take to get my photos?
I will have a sneak peak photo for you up on my
facebook business page within 24 hours and your photo disk will be sent out to you within 2 weeks.
How do I find your Facebook Business Page?
You can find a link directly to my
Facebook Business Page on the left hand side of my blog or search for Alana Taylor Photography on Facebook.
Where will the photos be done?
Services are usually conducted and preferred to be done in my home-studio in Cranbourne East, I have also have many on-location spots near my studio in which we can use for outdoor photos if weather permits.
What should I wear or my child wear?
I have preparation forms that will be sent through to you when a booking is made to help you organise and pick clothes for your shoot. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me.
Do you print my photos for me?
No, I do not provide a print service as I provide all your images in high resolution on a disk so you can print the photos at any size you like. My priority is speed so I can get your images to you as fast as possible as I know how exciting it can be to get your photos. Waiting for photos to be chosen and then printed can take time and this is why I avoid this service. It is also allot cheaper for you to do it yourself. When printing avoid places such as Kmart and BigW. Clients have spoken highly of Harvey Norman or Professional Printing Services such as nushots.com.au. I can provide more photo printing services to you if requested when I send the disk.
How do I pay?
Payment is required on the day or prior to your photoshoot in full. Payment can be made in cash on the day.
What if I need to reschedule?
I understand that kids can become ill or things can come up but please contact me as early as possible so we can reschedule your appointment. My sessions can get very booked up so please understand that it could take me a while to be able to schedule you back in. Also in the case that I am unwell or need to cancel your shoot I will contact you to make a new appointment. If you cancel your shoot less than 48 hours before you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
